The weekly Radio net is used to provide radio amateurs with updates and information regarding coming events, matters of interest and allows participating stations to exchange traffic. Elmer questions may be posed and answered as well.
We would like to thank River City Amateur Radio Communications Society for the use of their N6NA repeater. The N6NA repeater is on 145.250MHz, a negative repeater offset and a PL (CTCSS) tone of 162.2Hz.
Our club is now incorporating a Simplex Net. At the conclusion of the repeater net all stations are requested to switch to 147.555 MHz (no tone). Net control will take check-ins via simplex. During the simplex check-in please feel free to give your location, type of radio you are operating, and how much power you are using to transmit. Please note: we will not be returning to the repeater at the conclusion of the simplex net
